The inventor of a new flexible bullet-proof steel is murdered -- the formula is stolen -- and radio patrol cop Pat O'Hara (Grant Withers) is hot on the case!  Could the murderer be one of the two rival steel company executives? Could it be the mysterious Tahata (Frank Lackteen) who has the power to hypnotize men into zombies who will do whatever he asks?  You'll see plenty of speedy 1930's-era car chases, fistfights on the catwalks of a steel factory and heroic deeds by Irish, the loyal canine companion of the inventor's son Pinky.  Will Pat recover the stolen steel formula and return it to it's rightful owner--Pinky?

INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL 5-MINUTE THEATRICAL TRAILER!

Digitally transferred on a Rank/Cintel C-Reality Film Scanner from a very good quality original print.  This is not a copy of a video tape, which would look just like a video tape, like you get from so many other sellers on the internet!  This is not a product of a DVD recorder!  This is a for real, honest, all-digital transfer of film to DVD.  Image stabilization, grain reduction and scratch reduction techniques were used.  The digital film transfer was enhanced using Digital Vision's DVR-1000 Noise Reducer and Pogle Platinum color-correction software to ensure overall black and white tonality.  The film was cleaned prior to being transferred.  The soundtrack was restored and noise reduced.  The result is the best quality copy of this serial that has ever been made available!  This serial has never been commercially released on DVD.

Released January 2006.
